Govt; failed economic policies causes of inflation, Mian Iftikhar Hussain

SHANGLA: Score of political activist and a senior leader of Pakistan People Party has announced joining in the Awami National Party here at Pir Khana area of Kana tehsil on Tuesday.

They announced their joining during a public meeting held at Pir Khana area of Kana tehsil, where the ANP central secretory general, Mian Iftikhar Hussain was the chief guest. MPA Faisal Zeb, ANP president Azam Khan, General Secretory Zakir Khan, Mutawakeel Khan, Gulab Shahpuri also spoke on the occasion.

The ANP secretory general said in his speech that Pakhtuns had a rich culture and history and their leader one and only real leader was Bacha Khan and still today his movement on the right track and raise voice for Pashtuns in every difficult time and also gave a backlash to the conspiracies against Pashtunts.

He said ANP always opposed any type of terrorism in the country which took the public and forces lives innocently and also put the country to years back.

Mr Hussain said the current government was a worst ever for the people as it implement every instruction of the IMF and increasing the daily use items prices every week which had increased the public miseries.

He said the PTI’s led government had no any sympathy with the people but to enjoy the ruling and government benefits.

The ANP leader said it was a chance for the people to join ANP and get rid from the failed government and elect an independent and empower government in upcoming elections.

He urged the meeting participants to get prepared for upcoming local government elections and support ANP through which their local issues would be addressed on priority.

The PPP senior leader Mian Mahmood Khan along with his family members on the occasion announced joining in the ANP and assured the ANP leadership that he would honour the party and spread the message of Bacha Khan to every corner of his area.
